Remora websites are hosting with Linode within a UK data center run by Telecity.

Telecity implements high-end physical security in their data centers: All facilities are well protected by 24×7 human security, biometrics, secure monitored single person entry and video surveillance (source: Telecity).


If you ever have a problem using Remora, we’re here to help. As part of the annual agreement, you can contact us any time for help.  Problems using the content management system are often resolved over an online meeting using screen sharing.


All remora websites use a common platform comprising a shared hosting platform and a core code base. Remora will continue to evolve and improve as we add new features and functionality. As such, your website will benefit from any new features or enhancements that are added to the core code base.

Bugs and issues

We take any problems with Remora seriously and will fix any issues as soon as we are made aware, rolling the fix out to all Remora sites in a single code push.
